Peaches in Georgia? Groundbreaking.
When you think of your home state, what do you think of? Corn, Amusement Parks, Beer, or an iconic fast-food chain? The folks at Joybird decided to survey Redditors to find out exactly what each state feels represents them the most – and the results are both funny and accurate.
It’s no surprise that most users said food chains were the thing they were most known for because when locals love a certain spot to eat, they really love it. North Carolina and Missouri were good examples of this as their wallpaper features logos of Bojangles’, Krispy Kreme, and Imo’s Pizza.
Landmarks were also popular answers for users – Ohio and California’s wallpaper feature amusement parks and the ever-so-popular Golden Gate Bridge.
However, some illustrations are far beyond comprehension for those that might not know anything about a certain state. Users in Minnesota felt that the loon bird and Spoonebridge and Cherry represented them the most. Both of which are unrecognizable unless you are familiar with the area.
You don’t even have to be from Nevada to know every single illustration on their wallpaper as it’s filled with the Viva Las Vegas sign and poker chips. Similar things can be said about New York as its wallpaper features taxis, the “big apple,” and pizza.
